Glass Microfiber Thimbles

The thimbles are manufactured from 100% borosilicate glass, are completely binder free and are resistant to most reagents and solvents. They have a good retention capacity with a penetration DOP of < 0.002 % - 0.3 µm. They are thermally stable up to 500°C. The inner diameter, outer length, round bottom and wall thickness are defined according to the norm DIN 12449. They are especially suited for critical extractions: separation of minutest particulate matter from dust, aerosols, gas or air streams.
